Deliveries are made throughout Romania through contracted courier companies: Sameday Curier, Fan Courier, Dragonstar Curier, Nemo Curier. In some cases, products may be delivered by other authorized transport companies, and the goods will be accompanied by a "delivery note" or fiscal invoice. The delivery time for products in stock is 24 hours to 7 days in courier coverage areas. These delivery times are indicative. The delivery time will be communicated by a representative of the company if it cannot be met due to objective reasons. The courier company agent will contact you to deliver the products.

Deliveries can also be made on Saturdays depending on courier availability. Please specify if you want Saturday delivery in the "remarks" section when placing your order.

The "Package opening at delivery" service is available and is free of charge. To benefit from this service, please write in the "Remarks" section: "I want the package to be opened," and we will take this into account.

The cost of transport is calculated based on the weight, volume, and destination of the package. It is displayed when placing the order. Some products may have free shipping, which is automatically indicated.

NOTE! We reserve the right not to fulfill orders from individuals or legal entities who have made multiple returns in the last 12 months or who have not picked up shipped packages without a valid reason communicated in writing. We will also not fulfill orders that do not have correct contact details or are missing essential information.

 

Warranties Offered

14 days - money back guarantee, if the product does not meet your requirements. The warranties offered by the direct manufacturer are mentioned on the page of each product. Fiscal invoices and warranty certificates are sent in electronic format. Upon request, they can be sent in the package with the ordered products. The fiscal invoice can act as a warranty and conformity certificate.

General conditions for returning products sold by reself.art:

The products you return must be in the same condition as you received them. The return is made in the original packaging and with all labels intact. The product must be returned with all components, accessories, and documents that were shipped with it by our store. The product must be accompanied by the gifts it was delivered with. If you have purchased multiple products of the same type and want to return them all, make sure that only one has been unsealed. The return of the other products is accepted only if they are sealed. Products that show signs of wear or excessive use, scratches, chips, mechanical/electrical shocks, or products missing accessories are not accepted. Damage to the products or making them unsellable leads to the refusal of the return. If the return package contains products different from those specified in the completed form, after checking the package, the return will be refused. The products must be packaged properly. The products must be returned in the original packaging, which in turn must be packaged properly (protective film/box/bag). Returns are not accepted if the returned products are unpackaged.

What you need to know: Return requests are considered valid only if sent by email to contact.reself.art@gmail.com. Attention! We do not accept returned packages with cash on delivery payment. We only accept packages for product exchange or return.

 

The refund of the returned products, in case replacement with other products is not desired, will be made by bank transfer to the IBAN account specified in the return request. The deadline for the refund is 7-14 days from the receipt and acceptance of the return. If the return is made due to manufacturing defects or damage during transportation, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the package.
