The website www.reself.art, hereinafter referred to as "www.reself.art", is owned and managed by the company INFO RESELF S.R.L., also referred to as "www.reself.art", with the following identification details: Unique Registration Code 18419061, registered with the Trade Register under no. J01/189/24.02.2006 and with a registered office at Street Tudor Vladimirescu, bl.11, sc.D, ap.39, Zlatna, Jud. Alba, Romania, email: contact.reself.art@gmail.com.

Browsing the website www.reself.art followed by placing an order is equivalent to reading, understanding, and accepting the terms below by any customer.

www.reself.art reserves the right to change and update the content of this website, as well as the terms and conditions of use, at any time without prior notification.

In case of divergence or disagreements between www.reself.art and the customer, the terms and conditions in force at the time of the order will apply.

• Definitions

User - any person who visits the website www.reself.art.

Client - individual / legal entity that places an Order.

Products and Services - any product or service mentioned in the Order, which is to be provided by the Seller to the Client.

Order - an electronic document that intervenes as a form of communication between the Seller and the Client, through which the Client expresses their intention to purchase certain Products and Services and make payment for them.

Seller - INFO RESELF S.R.L., with the following identification details: Unique Registration Code 18419061, registered with the Trade Registry under no. J01/189/24.02.2006 and with its headquarters at Street Tudor Vladimirescu, no. 1, bl.11, sc. D, ap.39, Zlatna, Alba county, Romania.

Contract - an Order confirmed by the Seller, whereby the Seller agrees to sell and deliver the Products and Services and the Client agrees to purchase, receive and make payment for these Products and Services.

Courier - any person, whether public or private, who provides express courier services

• Intellectual Property Rights

The content of the website www.reself.art, including images, texts, web graphics, scripts, software, design rights, model rights, patents, registered trademarks, is the property of www.reself.art and its suppliers and is protected by the Law on copyright and related rights and by the laws on intellectual and industrial property. Any use of the aforementioned elements without the consent of www.reself.art is punishable by law. www.reself.art and the www.reself.art logo are registered trademarks of INFO RESELF S.R.L..

www.reself.art may offer the User/Client, through an agreement, the right to use certain content of the website in a specified form, for a period defined in the agreement, and only for the person/persons who have been granted permission to use such content, without being able to use other content of the website www.reself.art.

The use of any registered trademark on www.reself.art does not constitute an advertisement for the respective company. www.reself.art cannot be held responsible for any damages arising from the use of the website's content.

• Disclaimer www.reself.art does not guarantee that the website, the servers on which it is hosted, or the emails sent from www.reself.art are free from viruses or other potentially harmful computer components, that it does not contain errors, omissions, defects, delays, or interruptions in operation or transmission, line failures, or any other similar factors. As the organizer of promotional campaigns, www.reself.art does not assume responsibility for losses or damages of the campaign voucher, is not responsible for forged or damaged vouchers, and reserves the right to cancel the voucher used for the purchase or to deduct its value from the refund value in the case of returning a product participating in the respective campaign, in accordance with the law.

• Limiting access to the website

Users of the website www.reself.art can make comments and any other communications, they can send suggestions, questions or information, if their language is civil and the content of the communications is not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, does not disturb in any way the privacy of other persons, does not violate intellectual property rights, does not contain viruses, does not serve promotional campaigns unrelated to www.reself.art, are not mass emails or any other form of spam. Persons who use a false email address or send electronic messages or any other communications on behalf of another natural or legal person or on behalf of any other entity will be reported to the competent authorities. www.reself.art does not assume responsibility and cannot be obliged to pay any compensation for any damages caused by such communications.

   In case of sending or displaying materials/documents that involve texts, replies, reviews, etc., formulated by Users, it is considered that the respective User guarantees their originality and grants www.reself.art and its affiliates/associates the non-exclusive, unlimited, free, irrevocable and retransmittable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works, as well as the right to distribute and present these contents anywhere in the world, by any means. The User guarantees that they have all the rights over the content they display or transmit on the website, by any means, so that by using this content, they do not cause any damage to any third-party natural or legal entity.

• Processing of personal data

The categories of personal data processed are: name and surname, gender, date and place of birth, data from civil status documents, telephone/fax, address (domicile/residence), email, profession, place of work, professional training, family situation, economic-financial situation, data on owned goods, habits/preferences/behavior, image, voice, geolocation data/traffic data.

When a User creates an account on www.reself.art, they will receive commercial communications from www.reself.art only to the extent that they have given their express consent by selecting the corresponding option.

The data collected regarding newsletters and alerts are confidential. www.reself.art may select the Users to whom it will send newsletters and alerts. In accordance with Law no. 677/2001 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, as amended and supplemented, and Law no. 506/2004 on the processing of personal data and the protection of privacy in the electronic communications sector, www.reself.art is obliged to process the personal data provided by Users in a secure manner and only for the specified purposes.

The purpose of collecting personal data is for economic and financial management, advertising, marketing, publicity, statistics, electronic communications services, informing customers about the status of their account on www.reself.art, and informing customers about the evolution and status of orders.

By completing forms on the website, users unconditionally accept that this data will be included in the database of www.reself.art and used and processed by www.reself.art, its affiliates, and collaborators for the activities listed above, including but not limited to marketing service providers, couriers, and payment/banking services.

Customers are guaranteed the rights provided by Law no. 677/2001 for the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, including the right to information, the right to access data, the right to intervention, the right to object, the right not to be subject to individual decisions, and the right to appeal to the courts in the event of a violation of their rights. Customers have the right to request the total or partial erasure of personal data. The customer may request any of the above rights based on a written, signed, and dated request sent to the INFO RESELF headquarters. Refusal to provide this data makes it impossible to fulfill orders.

If the Client modifies the personal data already provided to www.reself.art using the forms on the website and there are Orders in progress, the Orders will retain the data from the moment the Order was placed and the delivery of the products will be made taking into account the newly modified data.

www.reself.art does not request from its Users, through any means of communication (phone/email, etc.), confidential information, data about bank accounts, personal passwords, etc. In case the User discloses such information to third parties, they bear full responsibility for their actions. Therefore, in cases of disclosure of such data, the User cannot hold www.reself.art liable for any damages.

6. Inregistrarea ca Utilizator

Pentru crearea unui cont pe site-ul www.reself.ro, Utilizatorul este obligat sa foloseasca o adresa de e-mail valida. www.reself.ro poate refuza cererea de inregistrare in situatiile in care constata ca a utilizat informatii neconforme cu realitatea sau foloseste serviciile intr-un mod neconform cu uzantele normale. 

• Price

The final price paid by the Client is composed of the price of the product + shipping and/or collection expenses. The delivery prices are detailed on the website. All prices related to products and services sold through the website www.reself.art are expressed in Lei or Euro and include VAT (19%).

• Order
•  

To activate the "Order with one click" service, the User must set their preferred Order details (where it should be delivered, shipping method, and payment method) in their User account, and these settings will be saved and used for each "one-click" Order. These settings can be modified at any time.

By placing an Order, the Client guarantees that all provided data is true and correct. Otherwise, they may face consequences of these errors (delayed Order, incorrect transmission, etc.).

www.reself.art cannot be held responsible for incorrectly entered information that may result in delivery delays. In this context, all transportation fees incurred for the re-dispatch of the Order will be borne by the Client.

By completing the Order, the Client agrees that a representative of www.reself.art may contact them by any means available and agreed upon by the Parties (email/phone) for personal confirmation of the Order.

(This email is just a confirmation of the receipt of your order request. Your contract to purchase these products is not fully concluded until we send an email notifying you that the products have been dispatched.)

www.reself.art may refuse an Order following prior notification to the Client, without any obligations between the parties and without either party being able to claim damages, for the following situations:

· Failure/invalidation of the online transaction;

· Non-acceptance by the issuing bank of the Client's card/transaction;

· Incomplete or incorrect Client data;

· The Client's activity may cause damage to the www.reself.art website/partners;

· Consecutive failed deliveries;

· Other objective reasons: in case the Client does not guarantee that the payment method is valid and not obtained through fraudulent means or there are suspicions regarding the payment method.

   Although www.reself.art has taken all necessary measures to ensure that the information presented on this site is accurate and correct, it cannot be held responsible for inaccuracies that may arise in the completion of the forms by the Client on the site for finalizing the Order. Users are responsible for evaluating the accuracy, completeness, and usefulness of the information provided in the forms available on this site.

In certain situations and for justified reasons, www.reself.art reserves the right to modify the quantity of Goods and/or Services in the Order. In these situations, www.reself.art will notify the Client at the email address or phone number provided to the Seller when placing the Order and will refund the amount paid.

   The Contract is considered concluded between the Client and www.reself.art upon the Client's receipt of the notification of Order dispatch from www.reself.art via email and/or SMS. In case a Good and/or Service ordered by the Client cannot be delivered by www.reself.art, we undertake to inform the Client of this fact and to return the value of the Good and/or Service to the Client's account, within a maximum of 14 days from the date on which www.reself.art became aware of this fact or from the date on which the Client expressly expressed their intention to terminate the Contract.

• Invoicing and payments

The price, payment method, and payment terms are specified in the Order. The Seller shall issue an invoice to the Client for the Products and Services delivered, and it is the obligation of the Client to provide all the necessary information for the issuance of the invoice in accordance with the applicable legislation. Payment can be made online (by card or PayPal) or in cash on delivery.

   For international orders (outside Romania), payment can only be made online (via PayPal or bank transfer).

• Warranty

The products purchased from the online store www.reself.art are provided with a warranty in accordance with the Warranty Certificate for each product. The legal entity that provides the warranty is the one mentioned on the product's Warranty Certificate.

To benefit from the warranty, the Client has the following obligations:

· the product must have been purchased from www.reself.art and used only for the purpose for which it was designed;

· to follow the instructions for use and to use the product according to the manufacturer's instructions;

· to keep the warranty certificate and the purchase invoice of the product;

· to keep the original packaging and all the accessories that came with it, and to deliver them together with the product under warranty.

The place of presentation in order to benefit from the warranty is the one specified on the Warranty Certificate. Unless otherwise specified, the cost of transportation is borne by the Client. Causes for loss of warranty:

· mechanical damage or deterioration;

· excessive exposure to solar radiation;

· missing or modified product serial number.

• Delivery

The estimated delivery date may vary depending on the product and is displayed on the product page, the Order page, as well as in the order confirmation email or phone.

For all product categories, the maximum delivery time is 14 days from the Order confirmation date.

For customers outside the country, the final price of the Order will be communicated via email, and delivery will be made only after explicit acceptance of this price.

For products in stock, delivery will be made according to the customer's choice, either by courier or personal pickup (available options on the order completion page). There is an interval of 12-24 hours between Order registration and pickup by the courier. Any additional delays will be communicated to the customer, and a new delivery date will be agreed upon that cannot exceed the maximum term provided above. Please note that due to the very short processing time of Orders, modifications to already placed Orders cannot be made.

If the products are unavailable (including if the price or some product features have been subsequently modified after Order confirmation), www.reself.art will inform the customer about the unavailability, and any amounts paid will be refunded within 14 days. The customer can confirm the changes regarding the price or characteristics of the products, thus modifying the initial Order, and www.reself.art will deliver the products according to the modified Order.

For products that are not in stock, the customer agrees that www.reself.art will deliver a product with equivalent qualities and price to those requested. If the customer exercises the right of unilateral termination of the contract within 14 days of receiving the products, the return costs of the products are borne by the customer.

If the customer places an Order that contains products from different suppliers in terms of delivery, they will be considered separate packages and will be highlighted as such on the website on the Order page. These packages have different delivery times. The shipping fee applies to each package separately.

11.1 Delivery conditions

At the request of www.reself.art or the Courier, the Client shall provide proof of identity, if necessary through one or more documents issued by official authorities and shall communicate the Order number assigned by the Seller.

In the event that the Client is unable to receive the Order personally, the Order will be left at the specified address only to a person over the age of 18 and only if the Order number is communicated to the Courier.

No request for delivery of an Order will be honored if the Client does not meet the above conditions.

In the case of delivery to the Client's place of work, where the Courier cannot have access to the location, the Client must ensure that he/she can receive this Order. The Client will be contacted by phone by the Courier in advance to obtain confirmation of his/her presence at the selected address and time at the moment of validating the Order on the site.

The customer is obliged to be present at the specified delivery address during the selected time interval, otherwise they will bear the transportation costs for a possible new delivery. The time interval can only be modified with the agreement of the courier.

Delivery is considered fulfilled by www.reself.art at the moment the ordered products are handed over to the customer at the address selected by them at the time of placing the order.

11.2 Product Reception

The client is obliged to sign the delivery note (AWB) presented by the courier upon delivery of the ordered products, to which the fiscal receipt containing all information about the delivered products (product name, quantity, price) is attached. Additionally, the client will check if the products are damaged or if there are any shortages, and any issues will be mentioned in writing on the delivery note to be taken into consideration.

By signing the delivery note, the client acknowledges the receipt of the ordered products in good condition and in their entirety.

12. Promotional Campaigns

12.1 Promotional codes

Promotional codes offered by www.reself.art through any promotions are valid exclusively for the section mentioned in the email transmitting the code, unless otherwise specified. It should be noted that some products are classified as "Exceptions," products to which promotional codes cannot be applied, and which must be purchased at the price displayed on the website. Promotional codes can only be used at the time of placing the order; they cannot be used to reduce the value of the order after it has been placed.

Only one promotional code can be used in an order; the checkout page does not allow the use of multiple codes in the same order. The value of transportation is not taken into account for eligibility in a promotion, unless otherwise specified. Promotions that offer free or reduced transportation costs apply to each delivery.

If a promotional code has been applied to an order that could not be fulfilled or was canceled for any reason, the Customer has the right to request the reactivation of the respective promotional code exclusively in writing, by email to contact.reself.art@gmail.com, which must include the Order ID, its status, the Customer's name, and the promotional code. These will be reactivated for a maximum period of 30 calendar days.

Attention! Promotions on www.reself.art cannot be combined with each other, the largest discount is applied. This applies to any form of discount (loyalty cards, promotional codes, gift vouchers, percentage discounts on the site, etc.) as a rule, unless otherwise stated in the promotion. Additionally, in the case of percentage vouchers, the holder of such a voucher cannot benefit from the cumulative reduction conferred by applying the percentage voucher to the already existing reduction within a promotion. Certain promotional campaigns do not combine with other discounts, promotions, or loyalty actions. This is specified in the rules of the respective campaign.

www.reself.art unilaterally or in collaboration with certain suppliers establishes the regulations of the promotions and contests organized on www.reself.art, these being published exclusively on the website. The promotions are applied to orders that fully comply with the rules posted on the site, during the clearly stated validity period and within the limit of available stock. www.reself.art does not guarantee the availability of products in stock for the entire promotion period and may withdraw the promotion without prior notice.

12.2Discontinuation of promotional campaign

In the case of a promotional campaign organized by www.reself.art, the organizer reserves the right to discontinue the promotional campaign at any time during its course, with prior notification of consumers through appropriate means of communication (posting on the website, signage in stores, etc.).

The organizer reserves the right to modify any of the conditions established in the respective campaign regulations during the campaign period, for valid reasons, but not before notifying the public about these changes.

12.3 Vouchers / Coupons / Promotional Codes

12.3.1 General Provisions

Voucher = promotional code, coupon. Each voucher is identified by a voucher code and has various requirements to be valid and applicable. Please carefully check all details and information on the voucher so that the discount can be applied.

The value of each voucher is specified on it.

Shipping and handling fees apply to any purchased product, regardless of its value, unless otherwise provided in promotions, regulations, etc. Thus, if a voucher requires a minimum purchase value of certain products, shipping, handling fees, etc. also apply to these products. A voucher cannot be used to pay for taxes, delivery fees, handling or other services, unless otherwise agreed.

Any item, regardless of the promotion, will have a minimum value. www.reself.art cannot sell products with zero value.

The customer will pay the tax required by law depending on the promotion.

Vouchers are valid only if used on the www.reself.art website.

Vouchers prohibited by law will be considered null and void.

Vouchers are not intended for resale and cannot be converted into cash.

Vouchers cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, or destroyed.

All provisions regarding fraud, mentioned on the www.reself.art website, are fully applicable with regard to voucher fraud and any attempt at fraud will be reported to the competent authorities.

12.3.2 Conditions of application
